The room and hotel were beautiful, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating both in the arrival process and helping us get oriented in the city. The location is close to the center as well as many restaurants and bars but is still a quiet spot were it is easy to sleep
We had a really great experience staying at Casa Liza for a week in Jan 2024 ... the location was great, nice and quiet but still very close to everything ... the staff was great, they immediately switched our room upon arrival to one with a kitchenette, and I loved that they had a big pot of fresh coffee in their office every morning. Its not as fancy/modern as the new wave of boutique hotels in SMA, but it is alittle more budget friendly, and you should be out exploring anyway !
Pictures did not do it justice, it was absolutely beautiful. We gasped when we walked in the room. Huge room with spiraling staircase that lead upstairs to an extra bed (lovely surprise) and balcony. The restroom was beautiful with a great view outside. We loved our stay and will be coming again!
Beautiful property, staff worked hard on anything we asked for within their capabilities. When we had an issue they even gave us another room and didn't make us pack up the old room but allowed us access to both our last couple of days. Staff always very friendly
Great place for everyone who’s going to visit this lovely city. Everything is very stylish and clean and the location is good and near the center. I especially love the garden.
Lovely little gem just a 10 min walk to the town center. The grounds were meticulously managed and the decor of the rooms were stunning. Rustic but modern at the same time. Overall the stay felt very much like a fairy tale!
When we arrived Natalia was in the entry courtyard and greeted me by name. I followed her to the office where she checked me in then escorted me to our accommodations. She gave us a tour of the room which was spacious, beautifully decorated and clean. She asked if we needed more bottles of water and we said we did. She left and returned very quickly. The ceiling fan was not working so she offered us a floor standing fan. We accepted that offer and she brought one within minutes. Natalia was extremely helpful, efficient and polite. We will definitely recommend Casa Liza to our friends!
Was a wonderful, old world, place to stay. Decent bed, wonderful pillows, plenty of good hot water, spacious, homelike.
